My dear friend Carole, what fun times we had, on many of our holidays. England, Ireland, (borrowing someone’s wheelchair) oops! Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Skye, Prague, to name just a few, many an evening at each other houses going around the world planning our next trip, which did include a few G & Ts. But one of the best’s off the cuff night was down at our famous Weatherspoons the Edmund Halley, where the boys got rather pickled and walking home ending up at a board meeting. lol.
As for us girls, the Masonettes.
The Edmund Halley was our famous haunt for so many years. The laughs, the chats, the cheap drinks and a curry, such good times will be remembered for ever.
Missing you so much Carole, forever friend, forever in my thoughts and prayers.
God Bless.
As you called me ‘your little friend’’

We will always have the happy memories of Carole and Gordon's visit to Scotland a few years ago and recently our visit to Brook. Carole was always kind and considerate and we thought highly of her wisdom and her abilities. She was an important part of so many peoples' lives and she will certainly be sadly missed.
